The Nelson Mountain Bridge crosses Lake Creek and is located just off Ore. Hwy. 36 on the Nelson Mountain Road. It is also known as the Lake Creek Bridge. The bridge was built in 1928 and received a major overhaul in 1984.

 Description of Covered Bridge: The bridge is a Howe type truss which is 105 feet long. The lower chord members are 14” x 14” x 111 feet while the upper chord members are 12” x 12” x 79 feet.
 Year Built: 1928
