Fallen & Living Firefighters Memorial
The memorial honors all Oklahoma firefighters who have served since the inception of the Oklahoma State Firefighters Association in 1894. Names are engraved in granite of the firefighters who gave their lives in a honored space called the The Wall of Valor. The names of other firefighters that have served their communities for more than 20 years or retired due to disability, have their names enscribed in to other panels surrounding the sculpture.
The sculpture was created by Shahla Rahimi Reynolds of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Dedication of the memorial was done so on June 8, 2000.
