This is a 5 mile bicycle/ walking trail which snakes through the heart of Plano's residential neighborhoods. The trail intersects several roads, parks, creeks and makes a pretty picture during spring.

Blue Bonnet trail is known for its long flat terrain. The scenery around the trail is not so remarkable during winter/ fall, but in spring/ summer it is a riot of color with flowers of all hues blooming and birds chirping. The trail can get quite busy during this period also, with cyclists, runners, skaters and walkers, dogs etc.
