AT COLUMBUS, AT THE INTERSECTION OF 6TH AVENUE AND 12TH STREET, ACROSS 12TH STREET FROM THE UNION STATION, SET VERTICALLY IN THE NORTH FACE OF THE NORTH BRICK WALL OF THE GOLDENS FOUNDARY AND MACHINE COMPANY BUILDING, 1 FOOT EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, ABOUT 3 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE SIDEWALK, AND ABOUT 4 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE INTERSECTION.
