This water tower located on the property of the former Robbins Mills in Red Springs, NC is reminder of the industrial disease that is spreading rampantly and unchecked across our great land.

This was once a facility that ran seven days a week, 24 hours per day. The surrounding community was a vibrant collection of lives that depended on the US textile industry for its livelihood. Now the rusting hulk of the water tower is imprisoned behind locked fences as evidence of a thriving community and industry that once lived, breathed, and exuded the American dream of prosperity and growth.
