Firework displays are held here several times a year. The north tip of this small park is roped off and used for the lanuching area. On major holidays the other firework displays around the bay are also visible along the horizon.

I have attended the 4th of July, and this, the New Years displays. The July show occurs around 9pm. The New Year celebration consists of a short burst at 8, 10 and 11 pm, with a small show at 9 pm and the 'finale' at midnight.
