Completed in January of 2009 the city of Tempe enhanced the south bank of the Rio Salado river with a multi-use pathway. Along that pathway it infused art into the landscape design.
Titled "The Creative Edge" the design included more than a dozen pieces of art. This piece titled "Window of Dialectic Views" is one of four abstract window designs looking out over the Rio Salado river.
The design team was made up of Landscape Architect Ruben Valenzuela, Artist Thomas Strich and Architect Virginia Senior.
