Although there is a mixture of new and old equipment near this park, a limiting factor may be the advisory with respect to swimming at this park.

Located at the corner of Broadway Avenue and Ellis Street, Sutherland Park sits at the base of Knox Mountain and is perfect for those who love to be active. In addition to the grassy fields and kid friendly playground this park is equipped with tennis courts, washroom facilities and is only two steps away from the many pedestrian and bike trails Knox Mountain has to offer. Swimming at Sutherland Park is not recommended due to poor water quality.
