DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1988. 0.7 KM (0.45 MI) SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG HARBOR DRIVE FROM THE JUNCTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY 101 IN PORT ORFORD, IN THE MOST SOUTHWESTERN 1/3 OF A 20 BY 26 FOOT AREA OF OUTCROPPING BEDROCK, 34.0 M (111.5 FT) SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE DOCK SNACK BAR, 27.9 M (91.5 FT) NORTHWEST OF BENCH MARK 1647 N TIDAL, 24.0 M (78.7 FT) SOUTHWEST OF THE CENTER OF THE DRIVE, 19.6 M (64.3 FT) SOUTH OF THE SOUTH CORNER OF A BLOCK BUILDING, AND 7.9 M (25.9 FT) SOUTHEAST OF BENCH MARK 1647 TIDAL 9. THE MARK IS ABOVE LEVEL WITH THE DRIVE.
