The age of this building is undetermined as there is no cornerstone. I did manage to find a picture taken when the building was first constructed. The picture was taken in the 1920s, which makes sense, as they other buildings in Camden which look like this one were all built in the 20's as well.
Oddly, this is the one building with no information. There is info about the founder and some of their business records but nothing of substance like the other NRHP sites. I did learn Richard F. Smith was a founder of the Smith-Austermuhl Insurance Company, which served Camden and South Jersey. I also could see this was a vacant building. The name of the business is inscribed in a huge rectangular chunk of concrete over the front main entrance. The side used to have a porticoed entrance but that is long gone. There is some fine relief work here and there, windows every few feet or so and lots of brick. The last tenants here were Bank of America.
