located at camp lejeune,nc. Looks like a great place to spend quiet time away from it all. not much there, a cabin to stay in and a convenience store. if you want it there you will have to bring it with you. located wayout in the boonies. my first and only visit, but for sure, will be going back. fish, hike, swim, or read a good book; from Wilmington,nc: go hwy 17 n: go rt. onto hwy 172 towards sneads ferry; go through Camp Lejeune,at 3rd light turn rt. onto BEACH ROAD, cross over (ICW),onto ONSLOW BEACH. reservation office is behind convenience store. reservations must be made well in advance.
