This Victorian wrought and cast iron bridge used to carry trains from Okehampton to Tavistock, it was part of the London/West Country line, which closed in the 1960's. The line is now a cycle route.
There is a lot of information on the website below.
The Granite Way is an 11 mile cycle and walkway running between Okehampton and Lydford along the north western edge of Dartmoor. It is mostly traffic free, largely following the course of the former Southern Region railway line. A route along the Granite Way offers good views of the landscape of Dartmoor, as well as a number of specific sites of geological interest.
