The Rogue River originates from Boundary Springs about 6 miles to the ENE near the northwest corner of Crater Lake National Park. The river flows 215 miles and enters the Pacific Ocean at Gold Beach, OR. The two forks of Muir Creek originate to the NE (about 5 miles) and WNW (about 4 miles). The two forks join about 2 miles north of here. Ore. Hwy 230 crosses Muir Creek about 200 feet upstream of the confluence with the Rogue River.
