Whispering Heights Park is located in a residential neighborhood behind one of Edmond's newest and largest city parks! Whispering Heights has a tennis/basketball court, playground for the kids, and picnic tables for families to enjoy. There is plenty of room for the kids to run around, and parking is close. Just a stone's throw from here is a the huge playground at Bickham Rudkin Park.

In August 1972, 1.7 acres within the Whispering Heights Addition were dedicated to the Edmond Parks System. Development of Whispering Heights Park began in August 1975 using bond funds. A sandlot, playground, mini shelter, tennis/bsketball court, a water system landscaping, and parking facilities were considered.
