"In honor of its 200th anniversary, White-Williams Scholars dedicated a mural on the front of William Penn High School at Broad and Master Streets. This beautiful and inspiring mural by Cliff Eubanks celebrates the high academic achievement of generations of Scholars. At the unveiling on May 15, 2000, “Street of Dreams” was covered with a drape upon which 40 White-Williams Scholars had written their dreams."
