The obelisk is described by the inventory as: "An obelisk form decorated with various patterns set within a plaza area. The lower section of the obelisk has a gold brown border. Above this is a dark blue and white design representing the ocean. A larger section above that contains images of blue and gold dolphins superimposed on smaller, white six-sided tiles. Above this section is golden brown border with two rows of white stylized eagles on a dark blue background."
