The disk is a Dept. of the Interior disk, set on the top of the concrete of the bridge (next to the guard rails) at the end of Route 256N as it merges into Route 15 near the borders of Livonia and Geneseo, NY. The disk is on the NE side of the bridge/side of the road, and there is a small dirt parking area on the NE side of bridge where you may park and not obstruct traffic. The disk is marked "Gaging Station" in the center of the disk, with no other numbers.
