The Garden features many varieties of roses, including antique roses imported from Lancaster, England, along with crape myrtles and seasonal flowers. It is dedicated in loving memory of J. Cecil Edwards, former mayor of Lancaster, by his wife Geneva Edwards Anderson and daughter, Betty Edwards Woodward.
The garden and the depot can be rented out for special occasions.
