All Saints Church is located in Etna, Pennsylvania.
It is a catholic church, with adjacent school.
On the outdoor perimeter, there is a reproduction of the Grotto of Lourdes, showing the Madonna in a grotto, and Bernadette on her knees watching the grotto.
According to the story, in the late 1800's, a french peasant girl by the name of Bernardette saw the apparition of the Madonna in a cave entrance in the southern town of Lourdes.
Today, many catholic faithfuls do a pilgrimate to the town of Lourdes.
There is a bronze plaque on the side of the grotto, thanking many supporters for the project.
