Approached via the public bridleway leading from North Lane this view is from Hammer Hill. The path is part of the John Bunyan Trail which leads down the hill into the villages below.
It was a little misty when we arrived but still the view shows Wilstead with its various parts in the valley. These include Chapel End, Littleworth and Herring's Green. The village of Cotton End lies slightly further to the east.
The remaining four brick chimneys can be seen at the Stewartby Brickworks over the Bedfordshire countryside.
