Lady Liberty stands along a main street near the high school - which is a centerpoint during the city festival in July. Donated by the Oak Hill Funeral Home for the 1986 Homecoming. Near the new veterans memorial, so enjoy the walk around this area.
From the inventory website:
"Description: A relief depicting the Statue of Liberty. The Statue of Liberty is a standing female figure wearing classical drapery and a headress with points or rays radiating from it. She holds a torch above her head in her proper right hand. In her proper left hand she holds a tablet. She is gold colored and is placed on a flat green background. The relief tablet is rectangular and is positioned on a brick base with curving brick walls on either side."
