County of Time Capsule: Deaf Smith County.
Location of Time Capsule: west side of courthouse, on courthouse lawn, 4th St., Hereford.
A pumice center circle holding the letters "CH" (haven't a clue what that stands for) and the date 1910. Inside a chat star of Texas with concrete borders. Rising from this idolize setting is a wrought iron scene of an ox pulled Conestoga wagon, and a cowboy pushing a small herd of cattle, flanking a silhouette of Texas and the words "HAPPY BIRTHDAY - 150 YEARS".
Attached to the sidewalk and between the star and sidewalk is the vault for this time capsule.
