This small Memorial is almost overlooked by all the other larger Memorials nearby...including the adjacent USS Midway Aircraft Carrier.

This simple Memorial is made of two stone slabs facing back-to-back, each with a plaque. One plaque depicts ships and logos of the US Navy and Marines.
The second plaque reads:
"Dec. 7, 1941 Dec. 7, 1984
IN MEMORY OF THE 2335 MEN
WHO PERISHED IN THE
SERVICE OF THEIR COUNTRY
ON THE ISLAND OF OAHU, T.H.
