The only covered bridge remaining in Bourbon County, the Colville Bridge was recently restored after being damaged in a 1997 flood.

The Colville Bridge is a single span, 124' long, 18' wide, built across Hinkston Creek in 1877. Restored by Louis Bower in 1913. Raised to its present height by his son "Stock" Bower in 1937 after being damaged by an overloaded truck. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. Damaged by flood in 1997. Rebuilt and reopened to traffic in 2003.
Current Condition of Bridge: Restored and well kept.
