"We Love To Sail!" Our home lake is Allatoona in the foothills of north west Georgia. Lake Allatoona is located between Acworth and Canton and near Woodstock.

Since 1981, the South Winds Sailing Club has promoted sailing activities, races, and good fellowship among its members and guests. We welcome all interested persons.
From raft ups, potlucks, special events, and of course handicap racing we are about enjoying the beauty of the lake, a little competition, family, friends, and new adventures.
Our homeport is Harbor Town Marina which offers marine services; boat ramp, boat storage, showers, fuel docks, and of course slips. The 'facilities' description below is for the marina itself and not the sailing club.
