Charles and Charlene Moore purchased Hartmann's Pharmacy twenty-five years ago, and operated it as Medi-$ave Pharmacy until a couple of years ago, when they changed the name to U-Save. Their daughter Connie Bolte in due time became a pharmacist and joined the family business.

Charlie's U-Save is across Lincoln Avenue from York General Hospital and York Medical Clinic.
