Located outside of Ovando's Historical Museum, this Douglas Fir dates all the way back to 1483.

This tree, when is was finally felled in 2001 due to disease, was 520 years old. Of interest are the dark spots in the rings at 60 and 420 years, which signify the tree suffered major damage at these points in time.
