Date Capsule Erected: 1989.
Location of Time Capsule: 16th St. & 4th Ave., courthouse lawn, Canyon.
There was a monument statue on this pedestal, which was removed, along with all THC Historic Markers, during construction and restoration of the original courthouse. This and a WWI monument remain because they are in front of the modern additions.

It is to be opened in the year 2039.
