Based on an information pamphlet that I stumbled upon a few years back, I found this writing rock this year. It looks like someone maintains it as it is a clean rock and there is a 'Do Not Remove' painted rock nearby. I have not found out any other information about it. Some parts and symbols seem intuitive so I can guess that the message has to do with trading or gift giving.
