Recently restored the HM Coastguard building is an attractive place along the quayside. The Coastguard Sector Manager for East Dorset and the Poole Coastguard Rescue Team uses the building.
The black, white and gold sundial is on the front near the flagpole and has Roman numeral numbering and an inscription 'S. Weston Esq. Mayor 1814.'
