Nurikabe is one of the Yokai, the Spirit in english, in Japanese folklore. You can also find it in Japanese comic/anime such as "GeGeGe no Kitaro". Oh, yes! This one is located inside the Kitaro Chaya (Tea House) in Jindaiji. You will find more "Yokai"s here!
