Long Description:
The memorial stands on the square named in honour of the Czechoslovak Legions. The list is of all "fallen, dead and missing" and under it are two lines of verses:
"We gave our lives agains our will
Didn't live to see the free motherland"
which is a popular motive on WW I memorials here.
