Getting a little better on cannon research now. This one is a Robert Parker Parrot No. 165, 30 pounder. The cannonballs you see in the pic are mortar rounds and went to 2 completely different guns. The ammo for this 3,465lber looked a lot more like an actual rifle round. This particular cannon was patented and manufactured in 1863.

Shorty after this cannon and the cannonballs were put on display they had to weld the cannonballs together. Some local hooligans used to roll them down Perry Street.
