Building was built sometimes after 1880. Count Bela Liptay got this piece of land from department of agronomy. This land was bought from count Egid Berzevic through bank of Kezmarok (Kezmarska banka). Precondition of this contract, was that the new owner have to built a villa for commercial exploitage.
In this time there is Janko Jesensky nature school, listed object from 1963.
