This one has been a struggle. All I can find is the mention of it in a 1917 phone book. If anyone knows more about the history of this ghost sign or any of my other ghost signs then please let me know so I can add it to the waymark. I hate to see a piece of history just fade away like this.
To find this waymark take Route 5 from Amsterdam into Fonda. Pull into the old Great American parking lot. Its kitty corner to the Stewart's Shop. This ghost sign and another one is right across the street from this parking lot. Happy Waymarking, Swizzle & Family
