By fall 1955, the OLIVER dealership was called YORK OLIVER, and had moved to the north end of commercial development at the north end of Lincoln Avenue.

The current business occupant of the building -- Pieper Plumbing and Well Drilling -- first appears in the April 1977 telephone directory.
