Circle Tower is a very interesting Art Deco building, built with resemblance to a step pyramid.

Completed in 1930, this was the tallest building during that decade. Above the 10th floor, a series of setbacks allow morning light to reach the Soldiers & Sailors Monument. Architechs set out with an Egyptian theme as seen in the facade and entrances. I also see the Egyptian theme in the series of setbacks, giving the appearance of a step pyramid.
