This building has some really awesome relief art. It is located on the same circle as the Sailors and Soldiers Monument.

Built in 1925, this was one of the first buildings to have a parking garage in the building. The exterior is decorated in a very detailed Neo-Classical Revival. A variety of relief art work with references to the city and transportation adorn the building. Other frieze artwork is purely decorative that adds to the beauty of this building.
