The Booth Kelly Lumber Company was once one of the largest mill operations in Lane County. This structure was at one time a company store and office in Saginaw Oregon. It has recently undergone a major renovation and is privately owned.

In 1898 The Booth Kelly Lumber company took a one year lease with the option to buy a mill in Saginaw Oregon. Eventually the company expanded its holdings to mills in Wendling, Dorena and Springfield, Oregon. In 1959 Booth-Kelly sold its last Springfield Mill to Georgia Pacific.
