Have seen these shelters during repeat visits to the Twin Pinnacles at the Grayson Highlands state park. Thanks to Waymarking, I paid closer attention to the signs. Could not find further information on this scout.
Sister, Meghan, constructed a third shelter along the route for the Golden Award, which is a similar honor for Girl Scouts of America.
