This is a typical Swiss Vitaparcours. They were introduced in the early seventies sponsored by the insurance company Vita. Meanwhile Zurich has taken over, but the name is too well known to disappear, even when the original company does not exist anymore.
The course is 2.5 km long. there are 15 stations. Each station has different types of exercises depending on your focus. Exercises marked blue are for endurance, yellow ones for agility, and the red ones for power. The course is completely within the forest, the trail is natural ground. The picture shows the starting point, the end is just a few steps away.
