The is a large sized shrine, approx 3m high, 6m on a side, located just to the south of the 2nd road entrance to Central Festival Pattaya. It is well designed and attractive. A 'four face' Buddha. Several times, while walking past, I have seen Thais make an offering and 'pray' at the shrine. Both staff and other people.
