98 step stairway leading up to this yellow arrow location also brings one to a great view of downtown San Francisco. The foliage is a little more grown up since the
Flickr photo and all that can be seen of the yellow arrow is some white adhesive remains on the handrail.
The bottom of the stairway is at 398 Noe Street.
