This park on the corner of South St. and Ocean St. has a commanding view of Hyannis Harbor. In 1996 the park and flag pole were dedicated in memory of Michael K. Aselton, a police officer who lost his life in the line of duty in 1983.

This is a verhy peaceful overlook near city hall, and overlooking Hyannis Harbor, with the Maritime Museum on the east border. There is an annual concert series held here.
