To be with the buffalo!

The DUKW (pronounced "duck") is a six-wheel-drive amphibious truck that was designed by General Motors Corporation during World War II for transporting goods and troops over land and water and for use approaching and crossing beaches in amphibious attacks.

This one was once used by the county sheriff's department but now looks like it no longer is water tight.
Location restrictions:
Parked in front of a gun shop.
