To find this post office take Rt. 30 from Fonda into Johnstown. Turn left on Rt.29 and head into Johnstown, Turn right on Williams St. and pick one of the 2 parking lots on your right. The address is 14 William's St., Johnstown, New York, 12095. This post office is across the road from the Tryon County Court House, also on the NRHP. The stone work on this building is pretty cool. The 4 large, ornate stone pillars and the unusual lamps on the front steps are quite striking. This building was actually built on the site of Enos T. Throop one of New York's Governor's from 1829-1833. There is a lot of history around here and you should definately take a good walk around. Happy WMin', Swizzle & Family
