Three tennis courts constructed by York College in 1966 in the southeast corner of East Hill Park. York College tennis program has daytime right of use during the school term; the courts are otherwise open to the public. The courts have lights for evening use.
The courts are located on East 6th Street between Blackburn and Delaware Avenue. The adjacent parking lot is hard surfaced. There are three steps up from the parking lot to the courts, and no access ramp. No spectator seating other than the small slope to the east between the courts and the adjacent National Guard Armory parking lot.
The main York College Campus is just north of East Hill Park; the college also occupies the former Willard Elementary School (now Sack Hall) to the south.
