The hostel is a short steep walk down from the city centre. It nestles below the Swiss Parliament.

The gable wall of the hostel has an interesting mural on it.

Just over the road is the Rivel Aare. In the summer when we visited people regularly swam in the river but this should only be done if you know what you are doing as the currents are very strong.

Reception opens 7 – 12.00 am / 2 pm – midnight
Evening a meal for CHF 15.50 (2009 price) (advance notification needed prior to 6 pm)
