This out of place lighthouse is part of the I-81 Welcome Center for far upstate NY.

This welcome center is located just off of southbound I-81 just below the US-Canada border. The Lighthouse seems to be a reflection of the other lighthouses that actually protect the nearby St. Lawrence seaway.
