Thanks to a generous donation by the Rappahannock Rotary Club, a brick wall with brick benches was built along the eastern side of Hurkamp Park. A plaque on the wall reads:

The Wall At Hurkamp Park

In Honor Of
Rotary International's Centennial

Rappahannock Rotary Club

The City of Fredericksburg

The park is located at William St. and Prince Edward St. in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg and has brick walkways and a fountain. The Rotary wall runs along Prince Edward St. Many of the brick benches have been dedicated through donations to the Rotary Club.

Plaque or monument: A mix of the two
